Checker Towing in Colorado Springs, Colorado

If you have to get tour car towed somewhere for an accident do not let them tow it here. Their customer service sucks. I am currently dealing with them and their employee or possibly owner Cindy is rude as can be. Didnt want to answer any of my questions and threatens the police on me even after all items were put back in the vehicle. On phone she says you can only recover baby stuff eye glasses medicationa and paperwork which is bull if you have paid their ridiculous fees. It took everything in my nature to not put her in her place. There is no reason to be so disrespectful to a customer that is just trying to talk to you. She acted like because shes the only person there that she couldn't be bothered to help me. I bet shes the owner because I have read through more reviews and other people have mentioned her name. Even my room mate has had her car towed here and said the same thing, that the women Cindy was rude as can be. If I could give 0 stars for her shady appearance and customer servicr I would.
